03/28/2008--Shiner Bock, is simply an amazing beer. There is a low carbonation--perfect for this beer, but it is the hops, and they are very distinctly European hops which give that perfect taste. There is a distinctly Czech and German hop flavor,  and I'm not sure if I have seen a more attractive beer poured in a glass, or a more perfect taste. It is simply smooth, and refreshing.  How they are able to produce this fine of a beer, on such a scale is incredible.
